Now make this your place, when the world gets crazy and you just can't think and everything seems to be going too fast, come back to this place, breathe. Feel each breath you take, feel your heart relaxing, you muscle tension fades. This is your safe place, your place of clarity.
With the world as it is, the political and economic uncertainty, we have to step away from it. Remember that what you focus on grows. So if you are constantly seeking bad things in the news, from your friends, from the TV, there is plenty to be found. You will get more of what you seek. But when you decide to shift from the bad news, to find things that bring you peace, there is also plenty of that to be found also. If you are having a bad day, ask yourself, "Where am I placing my attention?" Try to shift, no matter how long it takes, find just one good thing that makes you smile; it could change your whole day.
