If you believe that your loved ones can contact you, the please read my story. I lost my husband of 17 years when I was 37 years old in 2005. We had 2 boys; ages 12 and 16. We were stunned and it was so sudden. I was not prepared for what followed and I didn't realize how they could reach back through the veil and let us know they are okay. They are always with us and we are never alone on our journey of this I am sure. We are surrounded by those in spirit daily. At times we must connect and find time to be aware of the energy shifts and the signs. We do not grow up hearing this much and so sometimes it seems unreal, but the heart knows. It knows when you see the clock at a certain time several times in a row or come across feathers and coins in weird places.
