Are You Ready?

Finding balance through these highs and lows can be a daunting task.  One minute you feel incredible momentum, like everything you have ever imagined is just about to come true, then suddenly it feels as if the energy pulls back and leaves you feeling dazed and confused.  This is making us reach much higher, these energies are showing us our potential, then pulling back to show us what we don't want.

As our paradigm is shifting and changing, we can feel something new emerging.  These areas of "stillness" as I like to call them, are clearing out the old and making way for the new.  Each time you feel the energy, you are taking in much new energy.  You are feeling the flow of what you actually want to manifest, you are feeling the creativity.  Just the other day I felt so much gratitude and love I actually didn't know what to do with it.  I thought I might burst with joy.  Then after a few days it faded  and left me with a sense of frustration.  I had to tell myself, "This is part of the process, we are making room for the new"

Each time we are feeling the joy, the bliss, the old just won't do anymore.  We become more out of sync with the old ways and are ready to replace them with the new.  So when you feel these times of "stillness"  just go within, do something you enjoy and just take it easy.  Breath, meditate.  I find I even nest, I like to get my house in order to feel better flow.  I have been going through things I know I will never use, organizing my books. Getting a better flow to each room I like to spend time in. These days are good for just looking around, almost like one last time, at a old way of living.  We feel the new, we feel the excitement it brings.  It is like standing right at the end of a very high mountain and you are about to let go of all the things that have ever held you back. Every fear, every thought of not being good enough, not being loved.  We are on the edge, about to take flight and we will have never felt such freedom.  This is what is coming.  This is what we have been waiting for.

The most important things to remember is to "Let go" ~ "Go within" ~  "Allow" ~  We must not resist and we can't bring the baggage we have held for so long.  Step out of the box, imagine something more grand, bigger and full of more joy and creativity.  This is what we are capable of, this is what we are feeling as the old is unleashing it's grip, as we are expanding and setting ourselves free from a heavy density world that limited our view.  This is our time.  Are you ready?
