Power of thoughts and choices

So many times in our life, unknowingly and without really realizing it, we are giving our power away.  Why do we do this.  For one thing, it is easier for someone to tell us what to do, then we don't have to make any decisions, it takes the pressure off of ourselves.  Another thing we do is we try to live up to other's expectations of who we should be, how we should feel, what path we should take.  I have found that we are really afraid of our own magnificence, our decision making ability, for taking personal responsibility.  Making decisions is really hard for most people, because once we make a decision we start to worry, "Was that the right decision, what if I had done this or that instead"

We have been talking about this "Shift of Times"  We can feel something is changing and we are going to have to push past our comfort zones.  We are realizing the power of our thoughts in what we see, how we feel, how we make choices.  Why go to someone and have them tell you what your dreams and desires are?   Don't be uncertain, know your path.  Sometimes we even have to just shout it out to be heard above the mind chatter of doubts and fears.  Each one of us has the answer to every question  deep within ourselves.  It is about being patient and trusting that you will get an answer, just know that you will.  Patience.

Resistance, something we all do.  We resist our current situation, by not being totally present with it.  We are thinking back to better times, or dreaming of a different future.  Being present in your situation now, frees the mind and allows you to see a path clear of debris, your vibration increases, you feel the peace of the moment.  Don't wait for something else to happen in order to be happy, be happy now.  When a situation arises that you don't like, but it can't be changed it is something that you have to do, allow it to just come and go.  Don't let the mind attach an outcome to it, because most times we think of it being harder than it actually ends up being.  You will know exactly what to do when your doing it, the mind does not have to go over it like a dress rehearsal for a play.

It is going to take great courage to step into the unknown, to move through our fears and limitations to experience the new.  But if we can get out of our own way, realize that everyday we have choices and just knowing that you have the choice is very empowering and that is when you are truly awakened, choice means consciousness.
