It Begins Within
You might ask yourself, "How am I powerful?" You truly have the power everyday to create something new in your life. To put a smile on someone's face. By the very choices we make everyday we either add something positive to the world or something negative. What kind of vibes do you send out?
I have truly had those days. I felt tense, I didn't look even look up when I walked through my day. I felt small. But one thing I did know was that I had the power to change it. Sometimes it starts with a good talk to ones self. You can start by complimenting others. It can begin in so many little ways. Once it starts it is like a rushing river, you start to feel the flow. It just rushes over you, your heart opens, you begin to smile.
Anytime we feel anger or irritation at someone else, it is not really them we are mad at, it is ourselves.
When we see someone doing something that we would like to do, we find it hard to be happy for them because we are mad at ourselves for not doing it. Always look deep within at what you are really mad at.
One day not too long ago, I felt really aggravated. At first I thought it was because of this or that person. But then I realized it was not them at all. It was because they were doing something that I did not have the courage to do. These feelings can be mistaken and most times are. They are directed at others instead of using it as a gauge to see what you really may want out of life.
So, as you go through your day and find yourself getting frustrated at someone or something. Just stop. Ask yourself, "What am I really angry about?" The answer might not come right away, but look for it because it will come.
Remember, the power always comes from within. Emotions are not bad, we feel them for a reason. They are there to be looked at, find the reason for it, then release it. If we do not, they will stay and it starts to manifest in our bodies. It is what many call, DIS-EASE. Start to navigate through those feelings so you can begin to feel at ease.
