                                                                                 You have suffered enough.


You have carried the past around long enough.  Every time you think about the past hurts and experiences you are re-living the pain.  It is over; it is not in the now.  You owe it to yourself to let it go and begin to enjoy life.

We hang onto the pain for a various of different reasons.  The mind can't let go because maybe it feels it is unresolved issues and pains, but you can't change the past.  You can learn from the past and do things differently next time and you can just allow it to be as it was and move forward.  You owe yourself that much.  You deserve emotional freedom of the past.

You know you are still carrying it when you feel angry and sad whenever the past is mentioned.  Make peace with it.  Feel what you feel and get it all out.  If you feel angry; feel angry.  If you feel sad; feel sad, but then come to the understanding that it is over.  Free your heart and mind so that you can move through life with ease and joy.

You have suffered enough.  Let yourself off the hook and move on.  Look for things in your present that you are grateful for.  Think of things that make you smile and laugh.  We only have this one life with these unique set of circumstances and people who are in our lives.  Make the most of it and live from the heart.
