Are you tired of feeling tired all the time? Each day the same thing over and over again. It is time to thrive and not just survive. This doesn't cost anything, it is free to us at anytime. If you can change your thoughts, you can change your life.
Thoughts do carry a vibration. Words like "can't" "hate" accompanied by stress, fear and insecurities can really bring down our vibration, the body doesn't flow and isn't in harmony with spirit. The mind takes control. We have to replace our fears and doubts with love and trust. Do you think you can do that and trust that you are right where you are meant to be? This moment is the only moment that counts because it is the only place that change is taking place. We can't change the past, but we can learn from it. We are not the same person we were 10 years ago, 5 days ago even. Life is about growing and changing and learning from our life experiences.
So if you are not happy about the person you were in High School and that continues to haunt you, look at who you are NOW, you are not that same person and why? Because you have grown and realize that who you WERE was then and it was okay. Don't hold onto to a old memory of who you were and punish yourself for something you might have done. The biggest fault would be if you did not learn from your past. See your life as a ever-changing tide that ebbs and flows, but each time we take something new with us. A new perspective, a new you!!
Sometimes we get so fixated on our beliefs, that no matter what comes along we don't change. We don't expand to our greatest heights because our beliefs are so strong nothing new can get in, no new light can emerge. Who you are is stronger and more knowing that your thoughts.
Thoughts come and go, but who you are is eternal. So you want to use only the best thoughts that are in harmony with your spirit. Tell yourself everyday that you trust and love life. Ask yourself when worries start to dominate, "Am I okay right now" if you FEEL satisfied, then move on. Most of what we worry about in life never even happens. If you have an event coming up that makes you nervous just tell yourself, "I will handle it in the time that it is happening" and don't spend your NOW in the future. Be totally present with your day.
So many of us are lost in the past or thinking about the future that the present gets lost. You lose many of the gifts that are sent to you along the way because you are not paying attention. The sky, the moon and stars urge you to look up. Soak in the life force that surrounds you and be at peace. Don't be so lost in thought that your eyes fail to see the beauty.
For at least 10 minutes in the morning take time to just meditate or lay on your bed and quiet the mind. Be totally present, then do again in the evening. It is music to the soul, it reconnects, refreshes and brings you back to the moment.
