Happiness is your destination. What keeps us from reaching our destination? Quite simply, our thoughts. Imagine that happiness is the center of your universe, but all around that center are walls that we have built based on fear, negative thoughts and stress. We keep trying to get to that center, but those thoughts keep coming back up over and over again. If we can let go of those obstacles and live our lives from our true source of happiness we will be able to manifest and create such abundance in our lives. The joy and happiness is there, just waiting.
The only way we can get through this is to see what lies before our path that is blocking our destination. What fears are you holding onto? Do you see lack in your life or abundance? Ask yourself, what vibrational tone are you setting each day? Are you waking up feeling sluggish and unhappy? Do you feel that good things only happen to other people? If that is the case then it is time you claim your happiness by setting the right vibrational tone for you NOW.
What can you do?
1. Live in the moment. Ask yourself, "Am I okay right now?" Right this minute, not tomorrow or 10 years for now. If the answer is "Yes, I am" Then stay in the moment where everything is happening.
2. Gratitude is one the greatest ways to raise your vibrational tone. Focus on what you are grateful for, there is always something to be grateful for. When you do this, you are focusing on abundance and will create more throughout your day!!
3. Where is your attention? Are you constantly watching the news and focusing on "how bad things are?" Or are you trusting in a source much greater than our current state of affairs? Does what you see really reflect your life? Remember we must find the message in all our peaks and valleys through life, meaning there are things to learn from both. Many people who are at peak times of their lives can't even enjoy it because they are too worried that something bad will happen because "This is just too good to be true" and then many who are in the valley is thinking, "Will things ever get better" but there is only one way out and that is UP. Once we have learned to "Let Go" in both instances we find that we sail through these times much easier and find the gifts we were meant to receive.
4. Patience and Trust. Trust that all is right where it is meant to be. That you are ready for whatever comes your way, that life is always gently guiding us in the right direction. Go with the flow, allow. Sometimes we make things harder than they need to be.
5. Love, find love in all things. Use words that match that vibration. Wake up each morning and look for things that you LOVE, instead of things you don't like. Sometimes this is just a habit we get into. We wake up thinking, "I hate my job, I hate my life, I hate this dress" Change those words and wake up and say, "I love my job, something good will happen today!" "I love how I look and feel today" Even at first if it feels fake, and you don't feel great, you will notice subtle shifts day by day. It sets your vibration to your heart center and gets you in the flow.
