Did you know that the mind doesn't know the difference between what you are imagining and what you are actually doing? For example, if you just imagined practicing basketball, making basket after basket, it really thinks that is what you are doing. They took 2 groups of people who didn't play basketball much, one group actually practiced physically, but the other group just mentally imagined themselves playing. The group that imagined themselves playing actually won. The mind doesn't know the difference. What does this all mean? It means that what you think and see in your life is what you will get. What do you imagine? What are your thoughts each day?
Do you wake up and think, "Today is going to be a great adventure?" or do you think, "Just another boring day?" Your thoughts are very important, the images that you bring to mind are vital to the way you live your life.
Have you ever been around people who are always saying, "I hate this weather, I hate that shirt she is wearing, I hate my life?" That is what they will get more of until they decide to shift looking for what they hate to things that they love! Even if we do see things during the day that we might not be fond of, just feel neutral about it til something comes along that you do like. We don't have to judge every circumstance, we can just let it go.
The trick is to really feel it. If you are wanting to do more traveling, imagine being there. What does it look like? What does it smell like? Feel the joy you feel just being there, the wind in your hair, the new sights and sounds. Feel it all. Never lose that, never doubt for one minute it won't come true. The Universe will feel your intent, it will begin to make it happen. It might take time, be patient, but never lose sight of what you want.
